‼️ 001. GENERAL PRINCIPLES AND SAFETY
Age Restriction: All characters involved in the commission(s) must be 21+.

Prohibited Use: All commissioned work and/or adopts cannot be used in or for NFTs, AI, hate crime, or cryptocurrency.

Safety Policy: All assets and adopts are SFW (safe for work) unless stated otherwise. NSFW (Not Safe For Work) ANYTHING will have an additional 20% added on to the final pricing.

Political Stance (Non-Discrimination Policy): Akemibu will not work with anyone who is MAGA or voted for Trump. Trump has proven to be against LGBTQIA+ people and who they are. This is an LGBTQIA+ safe space, and Akemibu will not work with people who voted against them.

Work Schedule: Weekends are no work days so no work will be done.✅ WILL DO

‼️ 002. PAYMENT, PRICING, AND RIGHTS
Currency: The accepted currency is USD only, and payments are accepted by Vgen / paypal / cashapp.
Payment Timing (Adopts): Payment is needed 24–48 hours after claiming adopts. ( If they were commissioned )

Payment Timing (3D Work): For anything 3D, payment is needed after both parties have agreed to said work.

Payment Plans: Able to negotiate payment plans on larger orders. Split payments are accepted for adopts and 3D work above $120 USD.

Monetized Content (Standard): Allows the customer to stream, make merchandise, etc.

Commercial Merchandising (Full Ownership): Commercial merchandising allows the customer to fully own the product but will still have to give credit to Akemibu for being the original creator. There is an additional 50% added onto the final pricing, and this is non-negotiable:

🚫 Alter the product and resell it.
🚫 Claim the work as your own.
🚫 Trace over work.
🚫 Remove any watermarks (unless paid for removal).
🚫 Use 3D work outside of VRChat (unless given the rights to do so).

‼️ 003. REVISIONS AND COMMUNICATIONContact: You will be able to reach Akemibu via Discord, Twitter (X), or VGen.

Work-in-Progress (WIPs): WIPs will be given to the customer during the entire process of the model making and/or art.Revisions (VRChat Models): Model testing will be done by the client or Akemibu when the model is completed or near completion.

Revisions are allowed only for:
✔️ Corrections needed for weight painting.
✔️ Color corrections.
✔️ Layer issues.
✔️ Clipping.

Additional Charges: Only after the model testing stages there will be additional charges that may apply if a client is wanting to change something drastically, such as: Clothing, Hair, Accessories, or VRC Layers.

ARKIT: ARKIT is automatically covered by any revisions due to the complexity of the blendshapes.

Custom Blendshapes: For additional blendshapes that were requested by the client, there is a $5 fix per blendshape that is needing to be corrected.

Weight Painting: Weight painting on custom assets are by the client's discretion (i.e., if the client feels it suits the model and doesn't want any changes). If the artist wants to adjust the weight painting of said model, there will be communication sent to the client.
*Revisions (Art): (3) Three revisions are allowed. Anything additional will result in additional charges.

‼️ 004. ART AND ADOPTSFile Format: All art will be given in a PNG formatting unless the client would like a different format. The size is usually 4096x4096 depending on said project.

Adopts: The client can do whatever with them as long as the client follows the main TOS guidelines.

❕ You must credit Akemibu for the original design.
❕ You must credit the original artist for the pose / base if the design has changed but the base did not.
❕ You can resell the adopt / regift but not at a higher price at which it was sold.
❕ Removal of logo and concept from adopts are $50, no exceptions.

‼️ 005. REFUND OR TERMINATIONRefunds will only be accepted under these circumstances:
➰ No work was completed.
➰ No communication is given.
➰ Bubukitti cannot complete said work.
➰ Deadline missed.Partial Completion: If half of the commission was finished and the client wants a refund, then half would be refunded back.Example: Customer paid $200 and half of the work was completed. The customer would get back $100.Charge Backs: If a charge back is submitted after the work has been completed, you will lose all rights to said commission. Akemibu has full rights to decline said charge back and provide any information for said charge back. You will also not be able to commission Akemibu in the future for said action.Your commission can be TERMINATED due to:
🛑 Harassment
🛑 Rushing
🛑 Payment not cleared
🛑 Voided payment
🛑 Threatening
If you commit any of these acts, you will no longer be able to commission Bubukitti for violation of ToS.

⚠️⚠️ VRChat Terms of Service - PLEASE READ! ⚠️⚠️
Original Asset Ownership (Important): Client would need to own the original product before commissioning Akemibu. Failure to do so could result in declining said commission or a price shift. With a price shift, that would be Akemibu buying the asset(s) that are needed to complete the model.
Example: Commission is $150; an asset that is needing to be purchased is $9; the total pricing would be $159 (before any additional fees that may apply).
Blacklisted Assets: Please check Blacklisted assets before purchasing.
Full Body Tracking: Most full body tracking will not be able to be tested by Bubukitti due to full body tracking being broken. Commission work is to help pay for future equipment and better full body capabilities.
Model Uploads (Ripping Liability): Models are recommended to be uploaded private, not public, due to the increase of ripping and models being stolen. If a client would like to have their model uploaded public, they are liable to having their model potentially ripped or stolen from other VRChat user(s). Akemibu is not liable for a model being stolen or ripped if a model is uploaded publicly.
